I was told by the host that they were never contacted by Turo about this. Days passed and I did not hear back from Turo. I asked them again and was assured that they would contact the host to see if they could get the Host Offered refund. They said that there is nothing that they could do. I understand I should be charged for 3 days, but not the 4th. I had the car for 71 hours and 45 minutes to be exact. I returned the vehicle to the host 1 hr early. 45 minutes later the car was delivered, inspected, and driven away. A photo was sent to me to prove there was traffic. I was told that traffic was bad, due to an alleged accident, and was told they were going to be a few minutes late. I Notified the host, as directed when we were at the meeting spot. They allege that you will be refunded automatically if your trip changes and you rate a refund. Which adds a daily fee for the car, and a trip fee. Turo will automatically charge you for a day once you have crossed into the new 24 hrs based on your pick-up and drop-off times. Okay, First Off, the majority of the issue that I have with this rental does not fall on the host, but with Turo itself.
